What an exciting challenge to build an authentic Japanese teahouse in the northwest suburbs! Researched and designed by architect Marvin Ullman and Associates, every attention was paid to the fine detail.  This exquisite structure overlooks beautiful water features and provides a restful, contemplative environment.  As a General Contractor it was a unique opportunity.
